About Chaparral Cactus and Succulents
We are a family owned greenhouse, in Amarillo, Texas,
that specializes in tropical and winter hardy cactus and succulents,
and winter hardy, water-wise perennials, shrubs, grasses, and natives that do well in our climate.
Many of our plants are propagated in our greenhouse from seed and by rooting offsets,
fleshy leaves, and growth tips. Other plants are purchased from wholesale vendors.
The Texas panhandle has a semi-arid climate, and a limited water supply.
Chaparral Cactus and Succulents goal is to meet the needs of gardeners in our area,
offering more water-wise and xeric type plants, and interesting and unusual plants for the home.
Our hours are variable with the seasons.
